Our allies at HEART and the Association of Professional Humane Educators (APHE) are co-hosting a webinar for educators wanting to start a humane education summer camp, or to get some fresh ideas.
Held on Tuesday, March 12, from 1:00 - 2:30 pm ET, the webinar "will cover the benefits of both on-site and off-site camps, highlighting various aspects to consider when planning a camp, including staffing, location, timing, budget, advertising and more. APHE and HEART will showcase some fun hands-on camp activities and share new ideas for bringing comprehensive humane education content to your campers while fostering compassion for people, animals and the planet. They will also discuss innovative options for those who want to set up camps, but lack sufficient resources."
Find out more.

Seeing that most of the kids would just sit back, relax and get stuck at the computer or be a couch potato during the whole summer, enrolling him at a summer camp would be a great way for him to learn new things which could only be achieved through attending these kinds of camps.
Thanks for your comment, Serge. And not only do humane education summer camps get kids off the couch, they help them become more compassionate, conscientious citizens and solutionaries working for a just, humane, and healthy world for all people, animals, and the earth. What could be a better goal?
Peace,
Marsha
